NEW!

The Real Santa Experience at Emmerich Tree Farm

This year we will be offering a ticketed experience on select evenings where visitors will be able to take a tractor ride through our Christmas Tree Farm to visit Santa and Mrs. Claus in a Cabin in the Woods.

How it Works

The Santa Experience

We will be offering our Real Santa Experience this year with Santa coming and taking residency in our new modern cabin in the cedar woods that overlook our farm. For select evenings Santa and Mrs. Claus will be opening the doors to their new home away from home in Warwick, NY. This is an experience setup for after-work hours since Santa and Mrs. Claus are extremely busy this time of year during the day. Tickets will be required to visit Santa's Warwick outpost, but we will also have our retail store and pre-cut trees available to the public on those evenings.

How it works

  1. Participants will purchase their Santa Experience tickets on our website, selecting a specific time and date.
  2. When you arrive for the Santa Experience, we will provide you with a physical ticket to present to our tractor driver at our entrance kiosk.
  3. You will ride in a wagon towed by a tractor through the tree farm to Santa's outpost at the top ridge of the farm. This ride navigates through our tree farm, which will have a variety of trees lit up throughout the field to create a magical journey.
  4. Once you climb the hill up to Santa's outpost, you will exit the tractor and make your way through a lighted entranceway into a warm, cozy house, where Mrs. Claus will be waiting to introduce kids to Santa, one child at a time.
  5. Each child will be able to meet with Santa before exiting the house and navigating out magical Tompton path back to the tractor wagon pick-up location.
  6. Guests will then be transported back to our gift shop area on the tractor wagon to complete the Santa Experience.
Who's it for

A great after-work holiday activity for families

Our Santa Experience is several years in the making and is something we hope to grow and improve over time to ensure families get to create new unique memories.

Santa's "Outpost" is a new building finished in 2025 that provides comfortable worker housing to our farm helpers in the spring and summer, but transforms into a magical ridgetop outpost in the winter for Santa and Mrs. Claus.

We invite you all to welcome our new winter visitors and stop by our gift shop after for a hot cocoa and snacks.

The Santa Experience begins booking on October 1st, 2025

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I order tickets?

Tickets are purchased per individual visitor, rather than our tree tickets which are per vehicle. So for the Santa experience you will need to purchase a ticket for each family member that wants to travel on the tractor up to Santa's Outpost. (Ex: family of 2 adults and 2 kids, will purchase 4 tickets for everyone to have access). Children must be accompanied by at least 1 adult. Tickets become available beginning October 1st.

What do I need to bring?

It's best to bring warm attire and footwear. Santa's outpost is heated, but the tractor drive is not. Bring a copy of your confirmation email in case service is limited when you arrive.

How long does it take?

We estimate the wagon ride to be about 5 minutes each way (10 minutes) and your time at Santa's Outpost will be about 10 minutes from dropoff to pickup, so each ticket is for a 30 minute experience, with the chance to visit our gift shop for hot cocoa.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments can be cancelled 48 hours in advance automatically through the booking confirmation system.  No cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of your session time. Cancellations due to weather will be rescheduled or refunded on a case by case basis.

Can I book a group

Yes, we can accommodate small groups if booked early in advance. Please contact us to schedule groups instead of using our online scheduler.
