Based at Hemlock Hill Farm, all of our meat comes from the farm we serve it on. We source produce from many regional farms throughout the Hudson Valley. We have seasonal menus that depend on produce availability. And whole-heartedly believe that when the best ingredients go in, the best dishes come out."
